Architect Financial Technologies Inc. and Apex Fintech Solutions have entered into a preliminary agreement aimed at expanding access to US-listed perpetual futures and options products across Apex's broad brokerage infrastructure, the companies announced Sept. 24, 2026.
Under the arrangement, Architect's American Innovation Exchange would be integrated into Apex's platform, creating a channel through which Apex's network of brokerage clients could access the novel derivatives instruments. The two firms also established a framework for ongoing joint product development, signaling an intent to build out additional offerings beyond the initial integration.

Perpetual futures — derivative contracts with no fixed expiration date — have been a dominant instrument in cryptocurrency markets globally but have faced regulatory and structural barriers to broad adoption within the United States. The agreement positions both firms to capitalize on growing institutional and retail appetite for such instruments in a regulated domestic setting.
Apex Fintech Solutions operates as a clearing and custody infrastructure provider serving a large segment of US broker-dealers and fintech platforms, giving the partnership significant potential reach across retail brokerage accounts. Architect, for its part, has developed the American Innovation Exchange as a venue designed to bring these products to US markets under domestic regulatory frameworks.
The preliminary nature of the agreement means final terms and timelines for product availability have not yet been disclosed publicly. Continue reading at Cryptocurrency.
